Our range of seasonal menus fit in with any meeting or event style, and we are always happy to discuss bespoke options and ideas.

We are Powered by plants, an initiative started by UCL departments to lower their carbon footprints.

By offering vegetarian and vegan menus as standard we have reduced our menus carbon footprint by an estimated 40% – that is the same as taking 1000 cars off the road!

Book Hospitality

UCL staff can book hospitality via our online booking system. You will need a room booking reference number and a valid PTAE code.

We kindly request the following notice for hospitality orders:

3 working days for drinks orders

5 working days for all food orders

Get Vouchers

Enjoy your meeting break in one of our cafes with a barista-made Fairtrade coffee, specialty tea or hot chocolate.

We will have your vouchers ready for you at your chosen café on the day of the event.
